We all have the ability to heal ourselves. I offer Reiki treatments to assist you with healing and increasing your resilience in Hamden, CT and remotely from the comfort of your home.

I teach Reiki classes for people to learn self-care and care of others. Offering small classes with ample practice time in Middletown and Hamden, CT. I now offer classes at Whole Health Natural Family Medicine in Hamden.
